    We performed real-time data synchronization for their website with the ServiceM8 portal (which is used by them). As a result, SATS and property owners can view updated records in a very user-friendly way with easy access, which was their need.

    • Property-owners/ client can see the details for each property, regarding smoke alarms, activities related to them, and compliance certificates.

    • They were managing smoke alert records like compliance certificates, jobs, job activity data on the ServiceM8 portal. They required a Web portal where they and property-owners could have updated records with user-friendly views, so that the concerned parties could have easy access to the details by logging in to the website.
    • ServiceM8 is a job management software for trade contractors and home-service businesses, or any kind of small business which manages jobs and staff in the field.
    • Real-time synchronization was needed from the serviceM8 portal on the client's website so that they could have updated job-details.
