My Rainbow Clock is a great schedule planner app for kids. It assists parents to organize daily activities for their kids effectively. When parents plan the tasks for children precisely, they can extend their family time for extra enjoyment. This organizer app helps parents to work on the reward system for kids who complete their assigned task on time.

Intuitive, Engaging, Fun, Fast, and Ease of use:
One of the best parts about this app is the ability for children to navigate it on their own. Not only will this help them develop their independence and strengthen their problem-solving skills, but will give parents a much needed break while they are entertained
Key Features
- The Admin can set up the entire family, with individual clocks designed specifically for each child.
- Parents can assign tasks for the child in advance, and assign tokens that can be redeemed for rewards.
- Kids can view all their tasks on the easy-to-use clock interface that is available in the 12-hour and 24-hour format.
- They can then see details for each task, and mark them when complete.
- When enough tokens are collected, the child can claim rewards that have been set up by the parent.
Challenges
- Showing task wedges in the clock.
- Managing the 2 types of users in the app: Admin and Child.
- There is one option: “Saved Task for Future Reference”. Storing all task details in local device storage is lengthy and buggy.
- Task scheduler for recurring tasks.
Solution
- We added a Pie Chart, and using SVG we added wedges in the clock face.
- Adding user details for multiple users in a single app, in local storage.
- We added a variable in the database, and using that we managed this saved task functionality from the database.
- When an Admin selects the future days, this is managed with good database structure.
