Overview

“1 Final Round” is a health and fitness app that gamifies your workout routine. By completing exercises, you earn points that boost your position on the leaderboard. Compete with other users to become the ultimate fitness champion while improving your overall health and well-being.

Key Features

Before account creation an exercise, the user has an option to select the exercise level (like - beginner, intermediate, expert, etc.) and the detailed video will assist accordingly. Users will have an option to choose the exercise time. Exercise reputations will be fixed during the workout.
Any of the users can create a training group or can join any group.
People have options to exercise by choosing either Group Training or A.I. Training.
The more you will exercise, the more you will get the points. Users with the most points, will be on top on the Leaderboard.
Users can follow/unfollow each other and the list of them can be seen from one’s profile.
Users can add before and after the transformation pictures to the profile.
There is a feed where anyone can post the pictures. Users can only see the posts from the people whom he/she follows. Also, one can add the comment on the post.
By subscribing to the month/half year/year, you can have full access to the application.

Challenges

Managing the exercise time to pause and resume was a bit hard to synchronize the video.
Feed to load the posts with the multiple comments may have a bunch of data when hundreds and thousands of users will join.
Points earning system gets difficult when the user keeps forwarding the videos to complete the exercise to be on top of the Leaderboard.

Solution

We managed the videos by platform augmented functionalities to manage the timer watch.
We have integrated the pagination for the feed loading and the latest comment will be shown to the post. In order to read the comment box, the user has to open the details screen.
We have made some restrictions to earn the points. Users who forward the video to be on the top of the Leaderboard, will not get the points. One has to complete the full exercise to earn the points.
